The Business Analyst is expected to be able to appreciate client needs, and interpret them into a practical plan for implementation. Specifically, the Business Analyst needs to develop an intimate knowledge of the Ticoon platform, in order to create specifications that will interpret the clients business and technical requirements.
The Business Analyst must be able to understand the priorities and expectations of our clients, and work with them to negotiate design aspects that will meet or exceed their needs.
This role will be responsible for translating and documenting the client’s requirements into business and technical requirements for Ticoon's development team.
